Our approach to quality is underpinned by a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015. We focus on strong clinical governance, clear accountability and the application of risk-based thinking to protect patient safety and service quality.

We ensure that all services delivered in Fortify Clinic’s name comply with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements. Our workforce, whether employed or contracted, is supported through defined governance arrangements, training and performance oversight.

We actively monitor performance and encourage feedback from patients, commissioners and staff. Complaints, incidents, audits and reviews are used as opportunities to learn, improve and strengthen our systems.

Through engaged leadership and continual improvement, Fortify Clinic Limited is committed to providing reliable, high-quality services that improve patient outcomes and support the reduction of NHS waiting times.
